Shipping & Return Policies

Subscription Boxes: Subscription Boxes are dispatched from our headquarters in Manchester, UK. For customers in the UK, boxes are shipped via Royal Mail First Class and typically arrive within 1-2 working days. For U.S. customers, boxes are shipped via USPS and generally arrive within 2-9 working days. Shipments occur at the start of each month, with the goal of delivery within the first week of the month.

Lingerie: Our lingerie is also sent from our headquarters in Manchester, UK. Shipments to the UK are handled by Royal Mail First Class, arriving within 1-2 working days, while U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, arriving within 2-9 working days.

Formal and Prom Dresses: Formal and prom dresses are either in stock or made to order. These items are shipped via DHL Express, Royal Mail, or USPS depending on the destination. To ensure timely delivery, please allow up to 21 days from the time of order.


Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover domestic return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item). If you decide to return an item, please inform us within three days of receipt, ensuring the item remains in the same condition it was received.

Formal and Prom Dress Returns: Returns of standard, non-customized formal dresses are accepted with no questions asked if notified within three days of receipt. This three-day policy is strictly enforced. Returns after this period are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

To process your return quickly, please provide the name under which the order was placed and the order number when you contact us.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, up to seven working days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
