I purchased the surprise Elia gift box for my daughter, she is absolutely amazing and I just wanted to let her know how wonderful she is to me . Firstly the delivery was a little slow, so I contacted Elia on their message system and I have to say the young lady was extremely quick to respond and assured me it will be arriving very soon but she will follow up to make sure . True enough I got a confirmation email notifying me that it was on its way . When the gift box arrived my daughter was thrilled they set was gorgeous, unfortunately my daughter has extremely sensitive skin and found the set to be a little irritating to her, I was really hoping to keep with the subscription as the gift box was intended to be something she could receive to let her know how special she is to me . Ive given a 5 start rating as I wish this to be an honest review. Even tho the material wasn't suitable for my daughter I would just like to say it was stunning and the quality of customer service was above and beyond any customer service I have ever had to deal with in the past . The lady was very friendly, helpful,clear and informative. She totally understand my reasons for not carrying on with the subscription and even assured me that everything was cancelled .. absolutely outstanding service from this lovely company . Well done and I wish there were more companies like this . Thank you 🩷
