Unfortunately I'm experiencing the same ongoing issues with my Elia box. In a years worth of subscription, I have only received 2 boxes that reflect my tastes. One of which was my original box and didn't fit. The second was after I contacted Elia Boutique to personally request my preferences.
The quality of the underwear is undeniable and I believe it is good value for money. However, I have raised that I will very likely be cancelling my subscription as my tastes are not being catered to.
