I brought these as the better half like the look of them. The boxes and contents are tasteful and delicately wrapped. Its a nice touch to have the little gifts as well. So fantastic product but the aftersales team could do with a bit of assistance. I have requested a monthly box initially with a thong set. The wife was not too pleased so contacted support to ask if the next box would contain briefs and not a thong. Also asked for darker colours. Next box contained yellow bra and thong set. Got severely frying panned as wife does not believe that I asked for it to be changed. Oh well, will have to see what turns up this month. Hence only 4 stars
