I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product and was dealt with reasonably, although for a larger girl the product isn't really fit for purpose... it looks super pretty but isn't something that can provide the support etc that I need.
A shame because the price point and convenience alongside the lovely packaging and extra little gifts, from fancy tea bags to cute scrunchies was lovely! No need to worry about being in for deliveries as packages fit in normal post! Just doesn't work for me! So I can't rate it higher even though I want to be able to...
