The first two boxes were brilliant, two lovely sets. The third box came and had almost the same as the very first box (slightly different design in thong, but the same pattern). Also wasn't sent the special gift that you are told to expect on the 3rd month of subscription. When querying was told, firstly that they are picked randomly and then confirmation it was a different set. My issue is three months in I don't feel like I should be getting the same pattern on a set, albeit a different design (one thing more scrappy than the other). Disappointed with the customer service, although I was then offered a complimentary set on my next month, I have decided to pause for now, hopefully will receive the complimentary set and if it's back up to standard will continue my subscription l.
