Prom Dress Information
Time Scale
For prom dresses there is a period of time when we make the dress which takes 8-22 days, and shipping to the US takes 3-12 days and UK takes 6-20 days.
De Lusso collection is currently in stock, they are shipped within 1-2 days and shipping takes 3-7days to the US and UK.
Returns
For our standard non custom sized prom dresses, we accept returns for any reason, as long as you inform us within a three day window of you receiving the dress.
For custom dresses, we only accept returns for dresses that are damaged or not as described (incorrect style, colors or made to the wrong measurements).
Sizing
We offer full customisation for our prom dresses, where we offer a range of colors to choose from and full made to measure tailoring, this does come with a small surcharge on top of the cost of the dress. To choose this option, please select CUSTOM for both the color and sizing on the product drop down menus. Custom sizing is available on certain dresses only.
Please consult with us before buying any dress, both custom and non custom, to ensure you have ordered the correct size for yourself, as formal dresses are a different case to usual dresses when it comes to fitting. Email us at info@elia.boutique for any questions about ordering.
Ordering Custom Dresses
When ordering a custom dress, select the custom option, and then please email us at info@elia.boutique with your sizing, and we will work with you to produce the perfect dress for you.
