Shipping

Currently our production times are 3-7 working days for our prom dresses.

Shipping is via expedited USPS or Royal Mail, depending on your location. 

Shipping takes 2-7 days for US (varies state by state) and EU, UK and Australia. 

As we sometimes have slower production times in some cases, please allow up to 30 days for your dress if you are unsure if it will arrive in time, and if you're unsure please contact us at info@elia.boutique.

The later in the prom season it is (April-July) the more dresses we have in stock, so if you need yours rushed there's a good chance we can get it to you, but please contact us first.

 

Returns

We've got easy, no questions asked returns on our formal dresses. If you meet the criteria below you'll have no troubles if your dress isn't right for you.

As long as you let us know within three days that you wish to return your dress, and have it shipped within five working days of receiving your dress then you will be eligible for either a full refund, or exchange of equivalent value.

If your item is damaged and you can show it was damaged on arrival then this can be extended in certain cases.

We only accept returns for customized dresses if the dress you receive is damaged or incorrect (e.g wrong color or style). We can only accept returns for custom dresses based on size if the measurements are over an inch out from your provided measurements.
