The underwear is very pretty but found it to be very itchy. If wearing all day I found it to be uncomfortable unfortunately.
I loved the design! The only downsides are that the elastic on the briefs is a bit too tight, while the bra feels slightly too loose. I ordered a larger size, but my hips aren’t particularly wide, so the fit isn’t quite right.
I need to begin by saying that I'm a bit of a technophobe when it comes to online shopping sometimes. However, through extremely prompt, courteous and friendly customer service (thank you Summer), I've been able to keep on top of my subscriptions and receive everything I've ordered and requested in really good time. It's without a doubt the best customer service I've ever encountered from an online merchant. Even getting the sizing right was no problem at all - Summer and her team couldn't have done more to make sure everything was perfect.
Secondly, the lingerie is fabulous quality. My wife (and I) love the sets we've received - not only are they gorgeous sets, but they're beautifully presented with a couple of little freebies inside each parcel.
After a few hits, but several times more misses, when it comes to ordering for my wife, Elia Boutique is now my go to store for lingerie for my wife.
5 out of 5, and then some.
Whilst the set looked very nice it was unfortunately of poor quality materials , poorly sized and ultimately of unsatisfactory quality. Subscription cancelled.
