Cancellations

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel a subscription purchase.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time.


Introductory pricing & cancellation

Some subscription boxes are offered at a discounted introductory price.

The introductory price applies only when at least two subscription payments are completed.

If you cancel your subscription after your first delivery, you have the following options:

Return the item
If you cancel after your first delivery and return the item, you will receive a full refund once the return is received.

Keep the item and cancel
If you cancel after your first delivery and choose to keep the item, the introductory discount will no longer apply and the remaining balance will be charged. Your subscription will then be cancelled.

Once two subscription payments have been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time and retain the introductory discount already received.


Subscriptions purchased at full price

If you purchased a subscription at the full standard price (without an introductory discount), you may cancel your subscription at any time.


EU customers

This introductory pricing policy does not apply to EU customers. Please contact us to cancel your subscription at any time.
