I’ve received my second box of lingerie and they come beautifully packaged and the items themselves are also beautiful. I received the same size and cut of items the first month and they fit perfectly but this time I can hardly get the knickers on despite them being exactly the same size/cut. Really disappointed, can’t wear them :(

When my first months order arrived, my wife gave me that really hard side eye glare, when i told her I had got her a monthly lingerie subscription. She clearly imagined some ‘typical bedroom wear’ fetish type stuff. (not that I have any great history of that)
She was absolutely delighted when she opened the box, both with the items and the lovely packaging etc, and has continued to be with each successive delivery.

I have few lingerie now and unfortunately sizes aren't cisisten so I would find vra in,same size fittings different on me.
I purchased the surprise Elia gift box for my daughter, she is absolutely amazing and I just wanted to let her know how wonderful she is to me . Firstly the delivery was a little slow, so I contacted Elia on their message system and I have to say the young lady was extremely quick to respond and assured me it will be arriving very soon but she will follow up to make sure . True enough I got a confirmation email notifying me that it was on its way . When the gift box arrived my daughter was thrilled they set was gorgeous, unfortunately my daughter has extremely sensitive skin and found the set to be a little irritating to her, I was really hoping to keep with the subscription as the gift box was intended to be something she could receive to let her know how special she is to me . Ive given a 5 start rating as I wish this to be an honest review. Even tho the material wasn't suitable for my daughter I would just like to say it was stunning and the quality of customer service was above and beyond any customer service I have ever had to deal with in the past . The lady was very friendly, helpful,clear and informative. She totally understand my reasons for not carrying on with the subscription and even assured me that everything was cancelled .. absolutely outstanding service from this lovely company . Well done and I wish there were more companies like this . Thank you 🩷

The bra was beautiful but the cup size was way too small for me I ordered F cup but it was a lot smaller

The quality is quite poor hence why I have cancelled my subscription the bras are no godlier for larger busts
I hoped that going up a size would give the coverage I needed. The cup size from E to F was better but the back size was then too small
In fact it was smaller than the E cup. There is not a lot of structure to the bras. They are very pretty but not practical. I will be cancelling my subscription regretfully.
I received two parcels: one with the panties that are now the correct size, and the second parcel that had previously been lost. The underwear is absolutely amazing, thank you so much.
It’s also really nice that you genuinely care about customers who didn’t receive their parcels or accidentally received the wrong size — that really means a lot.
