We offer custom measurements for most of our dresses, if you don't see the option on the product page, just get in touch with us here and we'll be happy to help.
You can! We accept returns for non-custom dresses with no questions asked.
If you just change your mind, find something else, or find the fit isn't perfect, you can return it for any reason.
Just make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving your dress, and you can return it for a full refund.

I am UK Size 8/10 and the dress in US Size 6 was a perfect fit. The quality of the dress is excellent. The beaded top has a delicate appearance but is in fact sturdy and flattering whilst still managing to coverall. The back of the dress has a slight train which was not apparent from the website but for me this is an attractive addition. Hair and makeup not done in photo!

I bought the dress for prom (before it was cancelled) in a size four which is usually my size if not smaller and while its really pretty the dress is too big on me in the bust/hips and the bodice is really low and wide. The slits went higher up than expected but that’s fine and the jewelry that trails down the dress is hard to see because of the skirt which is annoying but it’s pretty and not itchy but would somehow have to get altered

I was sceptical about ordering from the internet and had read lots of scary stories about dresses turning up looking nothing like the picture but I shouldn’t have worried. My daughter had something specific in mind which we just couldn’t find in the shops, with her heart on this dress I ordered; getting advice beforehand via the instant messenger regarding her size. I was on tenterhooks waiting for the dress to arrive but it did not disappoint. The dress is weighty and a really high quality with a fully lined skirt under the netting and beautiful beading on the bodice. The size and fit were perfect (she is a uk size 8 and about 5ft 7) I ordered a size 2. I cannot believe how lovely the dress is, she has had so many compliments about it, i’m Just hoping that she actually has the opportunity to wear it to a prom this year. She wanted me to say the photographs were taken when she was trying it on, hence no hair and makeup!
