We offer custom measurements for most of our dresses, if you don't see the option on the product page, just get in touch with us here and we'll be happy to help.
You can! We accept returns for non-custom dresses with no questions asked.
If you just change your mind, find something else, or find the fit isn't perfect, you can return it for any reason.
Just make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving your dress, and you can return it for a full refund.

I ordered with custom measurements and the dress still was a bit large. I am currently getting it altered to fit better. But that did come down to my own issues with measuring. What I was disappointed in was how sheer the top is. I chose this dress as it look like it was fully lined, and hence appropriate for my event but when it arrived the top was actually very sheer, and the coverings for modest were very visible through the fabric. The flowers concealed it a bit but not as much as I would have liked.

Got the dress, impressed with the quality (I have to admit I was worried). We chose a custom sizing with sending in her measurements. this dress fits perfect. My only concern is this: The bodice of the dress is see through! You can't tell in the photos and I think if you don't look too close it's not that noticeable. The whole bodice is two layers of see through lace with cups to cover the breasts. to be clear the "cups" are really just padded circles. As this is a prom dress we will have to have it altered in order for her to be able to wear it to a school function.

The estimate for my dress arriving was 12-20 days. I ordered it in early March and it arrived over a month later. I emailed customer service and tried to track the package but I got no communication whatsoever until days later, when someone finally emailed me back saying it would be there in just a couple of days. It didn’t arrive until two weeks later. The customer service and postal service is awful. The dress was lovely and good quality, but I wouldn’t say it was worth it until they really upgrade their services...

I confess I was worried. It took quite awhile to get here and there are so many stories of cheaply made or never shipped items.
THIS DRESS WAS BEAUTIFUL.
Very well made, gorgeous color, great fit.
The size was a little big for the measurements listed, so I would definately send measurements next time, but I was able to adust it to fit.
Coincidentally, my friend found the same dress in another color for a different event and it turned out fabulous too. Highly recommend!

Really pretty looks a bit different to picture but it's really nice. Heavy material, good quality. Fits well :)
